Closed-Loop Deposit and Withdrawal

We operate a closed loop policy on deposits and withdrawals. Where possible, customers must withdraw funds to the originating deposit method/account. Customers are only allowed to withdraw funds to payment methods where they have a prior deposit record.

Funds will be automatically returned to the deposit method by which the customer submitted their original deposit(s) to their GGPoker account, up to the amount originally deposited. Withdrawals above the original deposit amount shall be processed after a thorough review.

출은 입했던 수단으로 입한 총액까지는 먼저 해당 입 수단으로 출, 나머지에 대해서는 검토후 요청한 출 수단으로 처리됨.

(주: 만일 머치로 총액 1000점까지 입했다면 총 1000점까지는 무조건 머치로 출되고, 그 이상에 대해서만 요구하는 다른 수단(코인이나 에코페이 등)으로 출해주겠다는 뜻)

Fraud Prevention

All withdrawals go through an internal audit process to ensure that fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements are met. As a result, withdrawals generally take 24 hours to process, but in some cases, they may take up to 72 hours.

All customers are required to verify their identity soon after creating an account with us. We have the right to request further explanations and/or supporting documents with respect to the identification of customer, payment method, source of funds or wealth and/or any further necessary information which we see fit so as to satisfy our legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

We have the right to cancel the withdrawal and return funds in the account when:(다음 경우는 출 요청을 취소처분할 수 있음)

• The customer has not yet provided requested documents;(요구문서를 아직 제출하지 않은 경우)
• The customer identification documents have expired;(신분확인문서의 효력(일자기한이나 자격상실 등)이 없어진 경우)
• There are fraud/cheating/collusion/money-laundering concerns;(사기관련의 경우)
• The customer attempts to withdraw without participating in game-play at least once;(최소 한번이라도 (점수를 바이인하는)게임에 참여하지 않고 출하려는 경우)
• The customer attempts to withdraw following a player transfer; and(다른 사람에게서 트랜받은 후 바로 출하려는 경우)                                        
• The payment method to which the withdrawal has been requested is not the same as the depositing method(출해달라는 출수단이 입했던 수단과 다른 경우)

점수를 바이인하는 게임에 조금이라도 참여한 후에 출해보시기 바라고,

위 나의 출 경우 출요청하고나서 24시간 동안은 GG캐셔팀으로 해당 요청이 가지않고 대기하다가

24시간이 지나면 GG캐셔팀으로 요청이 전송되고,

Gg캐셔팀이 요청을 받은 경우에는 바로 처리되는 것 같음.
